. THIS WILL BE CONFIRMED BY APPROVAL FROM OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM. A MANDATORY FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT PERIOD MAY APPLY TO ALL APPLICANTS. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A LAWFUL IMMIGRATION STATUS. THE APPLICANT MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE ON THE DATE OF APPLICATION FOR THE APPROPRIATE PIONEER PROGRAM AND MUST SHOW A VALID, COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED DOCUMENTATION FOR APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW. INITIAL INTERVIEW: The interview will be conducted at the New York, NY, location of the Company. Applicant must be able to travel to Manhattan and will be expected to make arrangements for security screening upon arrival . The interviewing appointment may be booked with the Company or through another firm at the Applicant's expense through a professional agent or onsite. In certain instances, the applicant may be required to appear in person at a designated date and time to complete our required background check. The applicant may be required in person or by telephone (telephone interviews will be available through the Company); such applicants are encouraged to make arrangements with a specific member of our team for a telephone call to confirm the appointment at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled interview date and time. (iii) Please understand, you should not be surprised or alarmed if your interview with the Company or another firm does not go as expected. Interview results are not necessarily definitive. However, they will serve as an initial indication as to what kind of person each Applicant is as a Representative and may be indicative as to your ability to successfully complete and successfully rejoin the Company in the future. There may be situations beyond your personal control that will prevent our Company from being able to engage you in a future capacity. In those situations, your continued participation with the Company may be adversely affected. 9 (iv) While we will strive to provide the information contained in your Application, we will not be able to provide you with any feedback or explanation for your application. The Company reserves the right, without compensation, to withhold application or other content or to disclose your Application to third parties, including potential candidates, that are not parties to this Application and that may disclose information about you to the Company and its agents without notice to your or your representatives.
